1. Scope

Governs all courses purchased on aceitcourses.com.

2. 14-Day Guarantee

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of course content. No questions asked.

3. Partial Completion

If more than 20% completed, no refund — but you may transfer enrollment to another person or switch tracks (Professional and Enterprise plans).

4. Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent access for more than 48 hours, we extend your access period or issue a partial refund for the affected period.

5. Processing

5–10 business days to original payment method.
